Step 1:

Register for your preferred WOD (workout of the day). There are 15 spaces available per indoor class so it is recommended that you reserve your spot early. You can only register for classes one week in advance.

 

MONDAY

Indoor WOD (Abbey Centre)

The indoor WOD comprises of a constantly varied, intense workout which will require you to use every muscle in your body with the goal of general fitness. The workouts are scalable to any fitness background and have been proven to provide results. For more on our methodology click here.

WEDNESDAY

Running WOD (Outdoor)
18:30

Available

Running WOD comprises of 4x 1km running intervals broken up with three mini workouts. The session lasts an hour, is available to everyone and provides a great well rounded workout. Meeting place is The Abbey Centre where you can securely store any bags or personal belongings.
